The
DYMATiX 1044 provides high-speed die sorting capabilities on an extremely
flexible and functional platform. The 1044 picks, inspects and sorts
die from film frames, grip rings or waffle packs and precisely places them
into waffle packs, GEL-PAKs™, grip rings or film frames. The system
can be configured with input and output auto cassette loading, rotating
pick-head, bar-code reading, and wafer mapping. The system is CE compliant
and meets the requirements of Semi S2-0200 and S8.
Similar to the Model 1046 automated system, the 1044 precisely places die and includes the DYMATiX programmable plunge-up. As with the 1046, this plunge-up mechanism facilitates the processing of irregular die shapes and sizes of very small, as well as thin, die.
All of this capability can be handled with minimal changeover time, and no mechanical adjustment.
